Account Director / Senior Account Manager / Senior Account Director / Digital Product Manager
Our client are a Digital Agency who are working with one of the biggest brands in the world who are undergoing a new website relaunch, ecommerce platform and a new suite of Adobe products in numerous European markets. We're primarily looking for someone with good agency/client service experience and digital/tech knowledge ie worked on previous website relaunches, ecommerce platforms etc is highly desirable.
Skills & Experience:
- Significant background in Account Management ideally coming with a Senior Account Manager background, and/or Account Management teams leadership experience.
- A Digital Product manager who has been heavily focused on relationship or client management, could be suitable as well.
- Demonstrated high level of exposure to multisector and international environments and ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of all sorts of cultures and backgrounds
- Experience within the FMCG/Tobacco industry is preferred
- Impeccable knowledge of digital marketing and the key digital channels and their challenges e.g. CRO, SEO,eCRM, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager and digital content.
- Good knowledge of digital analytics and associated tools
- A firm understanding of ecommerce and the challenges particular to online retail
- Full understanding of entire end-to-end digital marketing process from client strategic requirement to delivery cross-channels.
- Relevant experience in an Agency environment is a big advantage.
- Experience in working alongside data teams (analysts, data scientists) to deliver their role.
- A foundational understanding of key concepts, statistics, machine learning, databases, APIs.
- Understands where and when to leverage data. Knows which SME to discuss different topics with.
- Understanding of organization technologies available and how to use key systems
- Ability in sourcing/capturing problem statement/client objectives
- Pre-empts/identifies opportunities for technology
- Proven experience in developing and managing effective and efficient Client Services Teams
- Experience in managing client profitability, targets and generating income
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining excellent inter-departmental working relationships and practices with internal teams
- Proven ability to delegate and oversee multiple projects ensuring consistent delivery on time and budget
