Our client is a global, award-winning full-service marketing agency based in Harpenden, which is seeking a Digital Designer to join the team. They have a team of designers in place already, and you’ll report to the Creative Director.

The agency in question work with some incredibly big names in the B2C and B2B space and have an excellent fast-paced and collaborative company culture.

This position is hybrid, working Mon-Weds in the office and Thurs-Fri remote.

The Role - Digital Designer

Supporting the Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering digital concepts for websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and paid display adverts. You’ll be responsible for the development and roll-out, from conceptual thinking to the execution of the projects.

You’ll support in photography and film too, working closely with clients first-hand, handling each step of the process and ensuring satisfaction with end production.

Requirements - Digital Designer

• At least 4 years of experience in digital design, with broader marketing experience including web, social, email campaigns and digital advertising.
• Ideally experience working within an agency with large blue-chip clients, but all backgrounds will be considered.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience in creating videos, or HTML/CSS would be an advantage, but not essential.

Location

This position is hybrid, working Mon-Weds in the office and Thurs-Fri remote. Due to the offices based in Harpenden, the role is best commutable from areas such as: St Albans, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Dunstable, Harpenden, Letchworth, Hitchin, Stevenage, Knebworth, Watford, Hertford, Ware and Borehamwood.
