Campaign Strategist. London (Hybrid) - Up to £50k dependent on experience
This agency are an award winning integrated agency with expertise in CRM and data and some huge clients on their books. They’re looking for a Campaign Strategist to join their team, working alongside creative, technical, analytical and project management teams to plan, build and deploy omni-channel campaigns which produce real results. Are you the Campaign Strategist we’re looking for?
As Campaign Strategist you’ll be knowledgeable in CRM strategy, being able to define briefs, carry out insight, suggesting campaign activity, detailing plans and journeys, creating testing plans and much more. You’ll understand consumers and how to communicate with them, utilising omni-channel campaigns focused on data and insight.
Are you a Campaign Strategist confident in customer journey mapping, developing measurement framework and campaign scoping / briefing? We want to hear from as soon as possible about this role. They’re looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running with their clients, getting to grips with their customers and data.
Below is what you’ll be tasked with as Campaign Strategist:
- Research and insight design and development
- Understanding the right use of channels including CRM, email, push, digital and DM
- Customer journey mapping
- Brand and messaging development
- Testing programmes
