Campaign Lead, £55K DOE plus benefits. London / Hybrid.
We’re looking for a talented Campaign Lead to join this dynamic team. Managing the cross-channel communications for the client’s full portfolio of brands, this is a unique chance to work for a truly international brand and level-up your career like never before.
As the Campaign Lead you will lead and support a diverse and dynamic team of Campaign Managers and be responsible for Global Charter/Regional/Local OU projects. The Campaign Lead oversees and manages the entire lifecycle of the campaign with the relevant Campaign Managers, cascades all campaign critical information to necessary stakeholders and manages expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated projects across all production disciplines
- Lead, support and inspire a team of Campaign Managers
- Manage projects from brief to delivery
- Be a trusted partner to TCCC across EMEA and agencies
- Collaborate across multi-disciplined teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Make informed decisions and problem-solve
- Commercial acumen
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a TV, print, or digital production role essential
- Deep knowledge of moving image localisation
- Previous team management experience preferable
- High level of IT literacy, strong xls, ppt.
- Strong numeracy skills
- Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
- Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
