Business Development Manager – Fully Remote, Up to £50k (OTE £81k)

This award-winning media agency are committed to working in a transparent, sustainable manner to help clients meet their acquisition goals, regardless of channel or medium. They’re on the hunt for an experienced Business Development Manager to join this great, fast-growing media agency.

Working closely with the Senior Team, this Business Development Manager will be helping to drive new leads, pitch and push the boundaries of media proposition to grow revenue. As Business Development Manager, you’ll also be expected to establish solid business relationships, achieve monthly sales goals and own client brief responses.

The responsibilities of this Business Development Manager include:

  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage sustainable pipeline of new business
  • Create fantastic client relationships
  • Develop comprehensive territory plans including personal prospecting and marketing collaboration commitments
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals as assigned by management
  • Provide regular and complete activity and financial forecast reporting as required by management
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Establish effective relationships with business / supplier partner
  • Establish solid business relationships with the subject matter experts
  • Protect and grow revenue streams from across a full range of services

This Business Development Manager will also have the following:

  • Significant experience in a sales role with experience of enterprise sales
  • Media Agency experience
  • Demonstrable sales success against financial targets
  • Strong experience in managing RFI’s, RFP’s and pitches to completion
  • Strong experience in selling data and technology solutions
  • Strong team player, ability to motivate and inspire multi-disciplinary colleagues with open and honest communication and co-ordinate resources
  • Comfortable with owning and delivering personal prospecting plans
  • Excellent qualification skills
  • Strong pitch management and conversion experience
  • Consultative sales experience
