Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Commission

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Our client seeks a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their innovative media agency in London. They are a progressive offline media agency driving brand growth through innovative solutions.

The Role:

This position primarily entails transforming both warm and archived leads into successful sales for marketing campaigns. They are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with sales experience to drive growth, implementing unique strategies for New Sales Development, Account Management, and Customer Success. Collaborate on dynamic campaigns.


  • Strategising and implementing marketing campaigns with the aim of expanding your account base.
  • Oversee your clients' campaign cycle with assistance from the team.
  • Make sure that the targets are met and exceeded.
  • Managing inbound & self-originated leads
  • Collaborate with directors on strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing media within marketing / media agencies
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience of Sales & Account Management in Marketing
  • Proven experience of managing Sales Cycle
  • Knowledge and experience in using CRM software to manage Leads & accounts
