The brands you work with, with provide you with a vast amount of exposure within the field, promoting the industry-leading program.Your new role:As the new Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be a real asset to the team working on some of the best and most diverse projects in the industry. You will get the opportunity to take full ownership by identifying new affiliate partners to promote the leading technology for clients. This is a fast-paced, rewarding opportunity for someone to join a rapidly growing business. You will also be responsible for:

• Take ownership of the portfolio of affiliate clients
• Analysis each campaign and report on ROI results to devise new performance strategies.
• Increase market knowledge of affiliate marketing to provide the highest class of service.
• Take full responsibility for retention and growth of current affiliate marketing partners.
• Manage the online marketing budget.
• Work closely with the affiliate team lead and further team members to manage the strategy from start to finish.

What you need to succeed:To be successful in this opportunity, you will need to have a strong background within affiliate marketing, preferably in a managerial role for 2-3 years. We are also looking for strong communicators where they can easily work between different teams, businesses, and stakeholders to promote new ventures. This role requires someone to be data driven and be able to interpret and analyse results to convert to the real world. Being excellent savvy is an essential part of this role as you will be taking full ownership of this part of affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate is someone with strong motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to adapt to tasks individually and within a team.What you get in return:You will get a strong package of up to £60,000 with a discretionary annual bonus based on individual performance.
