This iconic agency needs no introduction. Due to unprecedented growth, it is seeking 2 Account Managers and 2 Senior Account Managers to join its expanding team.

Candidates with a project management background (Project Managers / Senior Project Managers) are also very welcome to apply if you are happy being client facing.

Any experience of working with the civil service, local government or international NGOs could give you an advantage but isn’t essential.

An interest in world affairs / politics is crucial, however, due to the nature of the work the agency undertakes for its clients.

Flexible working is on offer with these roles – you could be located anywhere in the UK to qualify but you will need to be able to travel to London for client meetings on average once every two weeks. You will NOT be required to come to the office at any other time unless you wish to.

A passion for globetrotting would also be welcome as the role will include foreign travel at some point during the year. This could be Nairobi, Dubai, New York or numerous European cities.

Candidates interested in working abroad full-time in the future would also be welcome as that opportunity exists at this agency too.

The roles – overview

The agency is looking for two Account Managers and two Senior Account Managers with an interest in politics / world affairs.

No specific language skills are required other than business-level English. Arabic or French would be welcome but are not required.

Specific requirements

Senior Account Manager: Traditional SAM skills to run programs that require comms expertise and an interest in world affairs.

Account Manager: Traditional AM skills to run programs that require comms expertise and an interest in world affairs.

The roles will likely sit within the agency's Africa-Europe portfolio, but that is TBC – they are hiring for the business longer term, rather than just for specific projects.

Team structure

You will work in a team of around 10-15, comprising Producers, Strategists, ADs, etc.

You

Experience wise, an advertising background would be ideal and digital experience beneficial.

Salary and benefits

The salary is up to £36k for the AM role and up to £45k for the SAM role and comes with a host of hard and soft benefits.
