You will be currently working in a CRM/CX agency where you will have worked on the development and delivery of acquisition and CRM customer communications.
An experienced Client Service professional you will be a consummate agency person, you will be friendly and persuasive understanding how you have to challenge when necessary while ensuring the clients see the value the agency is providing.
Creative appreciation is key. Its your job to sell good ideas to the clients and to inspired your team to get the very best from the creative department to crack standout work in a crowded on and off line market.
