We're looking for a highly creative Senior Marketing Manager to become a valuable member of our team. If you are you a Marketing professional with a passion for B2B and lead generation and have experience of developing strategic plans to achieve business goals, we would love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
The primary focus of this role is lead generation. WorkNest has grown through servicing the Employment Law, HR, and Health & Safety needs of small organisations. It does it at volume and it does it well. The Senior Marketing Manager is critical to keeping this part of the business running in the most effective way possible.
What you’ll be doing
Through an in-depth understanding of our target market needs in key verticals and buyer personas, you will own the creation and delivery of a strategic marketing plan, which supports the commercial objectives of our Micro and SME business areas (up to 500 employees). You will play a significant role in helping to shape our new proposition into this marketplace that will encompass all our product and services range.
Using your experience and knowledge of the full marketing mix you will attract, engage, and help to convert prospective buyers.
Stakeholder management is key to the success of this role, and you will work closely with product, service delivery, commercial, sales and tele sales teams to create campaigns that deliver high volume high quality leads every month. You will be one of the SME & Micro champions across the business, always ensuring that we consider the distinct needs of this segment.
Your skills and experience
You will be passionate about building relationships and have a profound grasp of marketing automation through Salesforce and Pardot. Experience in overseeing teams, whether directly or indirectly, would be beneficial, as well as the ability to efficiently manage numerous campaigns spanning various online and offline platforms using tools like Monday.com. Exceptional writing skills are essential for creating compelling content and narratives. Additionally, strong data analysis capabilities are required to derive valuable insights and offer recommendations. Proficiency in campaign budget management tied to ROI analysis is crucial, as is prior experience in cultivating partnerships with external suppliers.
Where you’ll be working
This is a hybrid role (a minimum of one day per week in our Chester office) with the rest of the week remote). More time in the office may be required during your first few months to bring you up to speed. That way, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload without distraction.
What’s in it for you.
