Digital Account Manager – Advertising Agency

·Reputable and fast-growing advertising and media agency

·North Devon coastal location (in office/ hybrid or possibly REMOTE but still able to come to office periodically)

·A client service role working in hand with specialist teams delivering SEO, PPC and other advertising channels.

·Digital media proposal writing, client relationships and sales, administration, project and budget management. Will need previous experience in an agency or similar in-house role.

·Enabling great client relationships, successful campaigns and client growth.

·Positive, can do and a confident attitude, able to identify and turn opportunities in to sales.

·C. 27-35k DOE, hybrid based on need and your situation. Ideally weekly trips to office as a minimum. Possible more remote discussion if within c. 2hr drive time.

Due to growth of the business, this creative advertising and media agency is looking to hire a new Account Manager with relevant advertising experience in servicing SEO and PPC accounts. Ideally from an agency background but relevant in-house also considered.

Will suit someone with excellent client services skills and ability to plan and manage accounts with PPC and SEO at their heart. And you must have an eye for sales opportunities and be able to sell in to clients. So a growth mindset would be really good for this.

You will work in an in-office team delivering creative and omni media digital and traditional advertising campaigns. As a core client service individual you will need leadership and proposal writing strategy skills as well as have a natural attention to detail and the positivity and confidence to make campaigns happen and grow your client base. You will be very happy dealing with clients and colleagues ensuing excellent customer service relationships and helping to achieve growth for the agency.

As such this role will suit an Senior Advertising Account Executive looking for that next step up and to take slightly more responsibility for their work in digital media and creative communication fulfilment, as well as being already well versed in client service, management and budget control. Or an existing Account Manager. Whatever you will be familiar with PPC, SEO and associated digital media channels. For either you will probably already be working for an agency or come from an in-house environment but fulfilling a very similar role.

This role calls for an individual who is confident, passionate and dedicated and someone who will quickly be a driving face of the agency with great ability to spot opportunities and sell them in, as well as have the ability to form close client relationships. You will also need drive, resilience and the ability to take teams and clients on a journey.

The agency was launched to offer the experience and expertise of larger agencies to clients of all sizes and is focussed on helping clients increase sales through engaging, responsive, and effective campaigns using a range of media. They have an eclectic client list however, specialise in travel and tourism, with the majority of growth targeted toward this sector.

·Note this is ideally an in-office role, however there may is flexibility around hybrid for the right person (most likely one trip to office per week once settled in) and perhaps even more remote if that works for all – although you would need to be South West based and still be happy to come to the office when needs be – especially when busy.
