An established utilities organisation in the heart of Leeds is looking to recruit a Customer Insight Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers Hybrid working. You will provide insight and key customer and stakeholder support to deliver the business plan.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Use analytical tools to understand and establish the customer view, with the aim to connect with and understand the customer thinking including any developments via economic research and trends
-You will be accountable for reflecting the customer and stakeholder insights in a timely and consistent manner internally and the organisations forums
-Responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of key customer and market research activity to support the development of the business plan
-Collate and disseminate key company reporting
-Ensuring all insights are robust and supported by the views of the customers and stakeholders within the development and delivery of the business strategies.
To be successful for this position you will have experience of supporting and embedding change, able to influence and drive the right cultures and behaviours, you will have experience in providing both qualitative and quantitative research techniques including statistical analysis. Maintain key relationships both internally and externally and have the ability to challenge in a constructive manner when giving feedback.
