£80-£85k+ benefits. We’re seeking an interim Head of Agency Marketing for 9-12 months. This is an in-house role leading the new business and marketing function for London office of a global and award winning PR agency.
The agency has seen amazing growth globally. You will be joining a close, well-established, and experienced team collaborating daily with the PR, Digital and Social teams to support agency growth and deliver on the agencies ambitious marketing plans. You will run the full new business marketing function taking direction from the Senior Leadership team and will help position the agency as the agency of choice.
As a Marketing professional you will have particular expertise in demand generation using digital marketing techniques. You will also be knowledgeable about all aspects of marketing communications for a communications agency and be able to oversee the team’s work in design, public relations, events, awards and social media.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development and delivery awards strategy
- Database marketing this includes management of emailers
- Full responsibility for external events
- PR (award wins, new client wins, general news, announcements, thought leadership campaigns
- Managing owned and earned channels including the website, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles
As a Head of Marketing you will have experience working in an in-house marketing function, preferably within an integrated agency environment. You will have experience running a team, including designers and you will have confidence working and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
