Graduate / Junior Project Manager – Tech Marketing Agency
UK Remote – Work from home (West or South Yorkshire preferable)
£18,000 – £20,000 based on experience plus access to company bonus scheme
Hours: Full-time (37.5/week)

The Graduate / Junior Project Manager Role:

We are looking for a Graduate / Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. Your time would be dedicated to supporting the Customer Success Team in the successful delivery of client projects; to scope, within budget and to the timescales agreed. Your line manager would be one of our Client Directors, with a dotted line into one of our Client Success Managers.

This role would be suitable for a graduate who has completed one year work experience.

What does the role entail?

+ Working with the Customer Success Team to devise packages of work to meet client requirements
+ Creating proposals/quotations using coterie’s online systems
+ Setting up projects and maintaining them on our project management system
+ Filing resources on Teams
+ Creating and maintaining milestone plans
+ Assigning work and liaising with suppliers, freelancers and the coterie delivery team to ensure a project is delivered on time
+ Supporting the Client Success Team with the writing of clear and accurate briefs
+ Scheduling workshops, interviews and venue bookings
+ Maintaining weekly progress trackers
+ Managing budgets
+ Supporting on weekly cadence with clients – keeping the client abreast of status
+ Creating agendas, writing up notes and actions
+ Raising client satisfaction issues with the Client Success Team
+ Using existing Coterie tools, templates and process to work in a standardised way
+ In addition, adhoc admin and marketing support across the business may be required from time to time.

About You:

+ At least one year of working in a role where you are able to demonstrate transferable skills (preferably at a marketing agency)
+ Project management experience

+ Educated to degree level – (marketing or business degree preferable)

Location:

We are a remote agency, and this is a home-based position, however we do have an office in Huddersfield city centre, and you would be expected to visit it at least every fortnight. Occasional travel to London may be required.
