Account Manager (Email Marketing), Central London – Up to £33k dependent on experience

A top International agency with an excellent client roster and a whole host of great campaigns. Utilising Data, strategy, creativity and technology in delivering change for top brands. This is how this agency has achieved its reputation and they’re looking for an Account Manager to join them on their continued growth.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be someone who can deliver top email campaigns which achieve great results. Your client here will be a globally recognised teleco brand and you will be responsible for delivering multi-channel CRM programmes. 

An Account Manager role here means you may be handling data segmentation, customer journey planning, overseeing budgets and more on some of the biggest international brands. 

This Account Manager role will be for someone exceptional at what they do and have previous experience working end-to-end on email right from the initial brief through to delivery and post-campaign analysis. 

Below is what you’ll work on as Account Manager:

  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and brief
  • Handle data segmentation to ensure customers are being approached in the right way
  • Analysing metrics such as CTRs, ORs and more to report on success
  • Liaising with technical, project management, planning and other teams in the agency to deliver campaigns
  • Keep clients up-to-date with progress, work on their suggestions for campaigns and ensure good client relations

  • Experience in large CRM projects with multiple stakeholders
  • A confident, approachable and friendly person who enjoys a rigorous working environment.
  • Ability to motivate and manage stakeholders
  • Hold a single overview while managing all the moving parts
  • Agency-experience preferable
