This brand is the next mega brand for the business and so they are investing a lot to make it even more fabulous.
Operating as lead market- you will have a lot of autonomy and accountability to drive all elements of the marketing mix- from stagey through to execution.
We are looking for an established Brand Manager/ SBM to lead on a number of high profile projects from creative through to delivery.
This is the definition of a full mix role - from developing NPD to comms development and media planning, we are looking for a commercial, strategic marketer who has had success managing teams and agencies as well as analytic skills to understand both the market place and the P&L.
- Championing the consumer and brand vision
- Manage delivery of brand and comms plans
- Lead & implement elements of the 3 yr brand strategy
- Drive the brand P&L
- Work closely with the Sales function to identify customer needs and build an exceptional activation platform.
- Develop and bring to market key pieces of innovation
- Building Brand Equity; ensuring marketing activities build long term brand equity and in-market results
- Responsibility for significant A&P spend
- Manage relationships with key external agencies
- Direct line management.
