Performance Marketing Lead/ Head of Acquisition Marketing needed by an award winning B2C startup company who are seeing triple digit growth rates and are expanding fast across the UK and the rest of Europe.

The Performance Marketing Lead/ Head of Acquisition Marketing will:-
*Creating and implementing the digital acquisition marketing strategy.
*Creating the Growth frameworks for the team to operate against, following AARRR and
Reforge best practice.
*Owning the testing roadmap for the team to ensure we rapidly test and learn.
*Acquisition Marketing ownership (with support from agencies / team) including,
Amazon, Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, Referrals & new channel exploration
*Conversion optimisation of UK Ecommerce site.
The Performance Marketing Lead/ Head of Acquisition must have:-
*Proven B2C experience from any online consumer sector, such as retail, ecommerce, fintech, edtech, proptech, gaming, travel, media, etc. Ecommerce preferred.
*A demonstratable track record of scaling a B2C brand via integrated multi-channel approach.
*Proven experience using paid social within a startup business.
*Outstanding Analytical, organisational and leadership skills.
*An enthusiastic and confident attitude to allow you to build relationships effectively.
