Your new role
As a Brand Manager, you will work as part of a wider Brand and Communications Team. You will be responsible for leading on the delivery of the marketing strategy, leading the small brand team and managing all online and offline activity ensuring all objectives are met.
You will be responsible for developing and managing the delivery of sector-leading recruitment campaigns, as well as brand and reputation activities - you will require a deep working knowledge of digital channels, platforms and communications.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable experience of implementing brands strategically and leading on the delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
With experience of managing varied marketing projects and teams, you will work closely and effectively with internal and external stakeholders and be able to engage with all audiences.
A driving licence and the willingness to visit various sites across Lanarkshire is required for this position.
