Interim Events Coordinator - Public Sector - 3 Months - Glasgow - £22-£25k

You will be working within the Public Sector in Glasgow as their Events Coordinator supporting them during the busy period of COP26. This role will be a hybrid role.
Your new role
As a member of the Events Team, provide professional administrative support for the delivery of a range of stakeholder engagement events both virtually and physically. These may include student recruitment, influencer, alumni and donor engagement events but will focus on COP26 activity. Ensuring all events enhance the organisations brand and reputation to all stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an events position will lead to your success. You will have the ability to undertake assigned tasks in a timely manner and a high standard. You will have detailed knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures including relationship management databases and events software packages. You will be able to use own Initiative and judgement to resolve problems independently. You will have effective planning, organising and prioritising.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. You will be paid an annual salary £22-£25k. You will be offered a contract initially for 3 months.
