Our client works in partnership with organisations from large businesses to national and local government and third sector organisations to provide essential support to individuals and families across Scotland.
You will join the business as a Marketing Manager responsible for developing, planning and implementing marketing and local promotional activities across Glasgow and surrounding areas. This is to ensure the service reaches key target groups and audiences. You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing activity and lead a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the team to deliver outcomes aligned to organisational strategy, business plans, contractual obligations and financial goals.
You will work as part of a larger, multi-disciplinary marketing function, offering you support, and access to specialist skills across the marketing mix. You will develop effective communications channels with operational colleagues to ensure campaign potential is maximised, all the while acting as the brand guardian ensuring all activity and materials meet the brand guidelines.
Evaluating the marketing activity, you will use the results to inform continuous improvement, manage the marketing budget, and coach Marketing Officers in your team.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Marketing Manager with first-rate communication skills. You will be well-versed working in a multi-disciplinary team, and comfortable engaging and influencing multiple stakeholders from partner organisations.
Ideally, you'll have a background in B2C marketing, and comfortable in a varied, hands-on position. You will have well-developed digital marketing skills, with experience in developing & delivering digital engagement plans utilising social media platforms
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 - £33,000, as well as excellent benefits including 33 days annual leave, corporate healthcare scheme and life assurance.
