Hays are recruiting for a global leading retailer. As the starting point of the Marketing team, you will be expected to discover brand and consumer insights to help shape the brands proposition and future marketing campaigns.
Your new role
Within this brand-new role, the Market Research Assistant Manager will be pivotal when partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand research requirements. You will manage the research budget, ensuring the insight collected is developed into a consumer insights plan.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent project management and presentation skills are required in order to provide key insights on metrics including brand awareness and key purchase drivers.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have experience in market research and consumer insights, working in FMCG or a retail background.
