We are looking for an experienced digital change manager and digital transformation specialist to lead the development roadmap for digital platforms for an established luxury tour operator. An experienced digital product owner, you will own the end-to-end delivery and operational service of technology solutions and data-driven processes within the business.
As the business embarks on a roadmap of initiatives to move from analogue to data-driven, the short-term priority is to identify areas within their current processes that can be addressed with short-term solutions to improve productivity. This will entail in-depth analysis of existing processes and data as well as building new reports and adapting systems, processes and workarounds as required. You will become product owner for their proprietary core online system that holds all sales, CRM and operational data in a single integrated source.
In the mid to longer term, the business wants to drive innovation in redefining the way in which end-users interact with them. Rethinking the way in which their sales, booking and finance systems operate altogether.
A role most suited to someone who is highly analytical and data centric in their approach to change. You will be commercially savvy with experience of operational systems as well as customer facing online booking platforms.
