Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will:
- Take responsibility for their E-Comm strategy and commercial implementation to maximise sales
- Work within the Brand & Marketing team to manage the day-to-day trading of the website
- Own the eCRM programme, from data capture to delivery and grow this community
- Establish an effective SEO plan
- Increase visibility through Google Ads search/display/shopping campaigns
- Analyse trends and making data-driven decisions
- Growing their Social Media Channels
- Set up of conversion metrics
You will not be a master on all these areas, but expertise in one or two areas, plus the ability to learn the rest and manage agencies is the key profile for a successful career with this growing business.
