Director of Conference Production

As Director of Conference Production, you will oversee high quality international tech conference production campaigns, ensuring that market research, content strategy and speaker acquisition are all conducted in a timely and focused fashion. 


You’ll need previous conference production experience, but any sector is welcome; previous people management skills are also essential.

The role:

Liaising with the MD to ensure that commercial targets are a key consideration when programmes are drafted. You will work with the Head of Marketing to co-create high impact customer email marketing and social media campaigns. 

Line managing the conference production team you will ensure that conference programmes are topical and speakers of the highest calibre. You will encourage the team to create industry leading advisory boards which demonstrate deep rooted market relationships with key primary market players. 

As part of the senior leadership team, you will have input into the strategic and commercial growth plans of the business, providing feedback from clients and the market with regards to new trends and opportunities. You will validate new topics and feed into any new event launch plans. 

You will have responsibility for the development of your team, while ensuring headcount is always at the optimal level to deliver market-leading events.
