Devon/remote

£40k - £55k 

Full, part-time or remote

The role can be almost fully remote if required but you’d need to visit Exeter once a month, this is a truly flexible opportunity where full and part-time can be considered.

It’s a superb career opportunity for someone looking to step up into a senior Account Director role and in time, start to take over the running of the agency; you’ll be the future of the business!

You’re probably a Senior Account Manager or Account Director and have either a solid PR agency or digital marketing background, ideally with a B2B background.

You may wish to develop your leadership skills and enhance your decision-making responsibilities that will make an impact on the agency from the get-go or a few years down the line, after you’ve been mentored. You’ll certainly be seeking the autonomy that comes from leading a highly ambitious agency.

As with any senior role in an agency, you’ll need to think about business development and how to grow the business both in terms of revenue and size of the team.
