Internal Communications Specialist - 18 Month Contract
Location: Home Based (come to Yorkshire office circa 1 day a week / fortnight)
Elevation Recruitment are working with a services organisation that require an Internal Communications Specialist on a contract for up to 18 months to deliver a change project.
You will work with the relevant internal stakeholders to understand the upcoming changes, the impact on employees and then devise and deliver an effective and positive communications plan.
This will include delivering the relevant information through the right medium, depending on persona's. This will include; Internal PR, Newsletters, CEO / SMT meetings, intranet, social media platforms and other key platforms for our client to deliver their message.
Skills and Experience required include:
*Recent work experience in an internal communications and employee engagement position
*Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
*Proven skills across a range of marketing comms methods including; social, intranet, newsletters etc
*Advanced level user of MS Office suite
*Attention to detail and to work with limited supervision and to strict timescales.
*Able to come to Yorkshire office 1-2 days a fortnight
*Can complete an 18 month FTC
