The Role – CRM Marketing Manager
Joining a proactive and busy team, your day to day responsibilities could include:
- Focusing on ecommerce and acquisition, to increase engagement in sign ups to their plans.
- Being data driven to opitimise customer sales.
- Creating engaging email campaigns.
- Work with both local and global teams collaboratively.
- Tracking and reporting on weekly campaign performance.
- Grow and maintain high numbers of retention in members.
- Communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders.
- Implement CRM campaigns.
The Requirements – CRM Marketing Manager
To be considered for this role you MUST have experience in Braze, as well as a minimum of 3 year’s experience in a focused CRM marketing ideally from a consumer brand. You will also be happy in a role where you have both strategy and implementation responsibilities.

This role offers flexible working, but office attendance is required a couple of times a week, so locations that will be easily commutable include, Slough, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Reading, Beaconsfield and Henley on Thames.
