What you will do:

• Play a crucial role in enhancing the firm’s external visibility and maintaining effective communications.
• Manage external communications, ensuring consistency of messaging and alignment with company objectives.
• Act as a key point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate timely responses.
• Cultivate relationships with journalists and secure media coverage.
• Coordinate and oversee firm-hosted/sponsored events to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align communication efforts with overall business strategy.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including presentations, press releases, and managing website and social media content.

What you will need:

• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in managing external communications in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with media.
• Ability to thrive in a global role, coordinating across different offices.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks and priorities.
• Proactive with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry and quantitative research preferred.
• Experience with event management and sponsorship coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple languages beyond English is a plus.
