Description
- Develop and implement account plans to meet sales targets.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key clients who are large global businesses
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Oversee the delivery of projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer retention.
Profile
A successful ‘Senior Account Manager’ should have:
