Business Development Coordinator
Searching for a motivated and driven individual to join a reputable team based in North West London. This is a flexible working role.
The ideal candidate will be working independently, responsible and highly driven with a positive attitude and fantastic communication skills with a wide range of audience.
Duties / Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the Business Development Manager with new business sales.
- Targeting Subcontractors
- Assisting with preparing and submitting tenders/bids.
- Generate, identify and qualify leads using LinkedIn and other portals.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Building Client relations.
- Keeping up to date with and analysing market trends.
- Prepare and present reports on the overall business development performance.
- Promoting the business.
Skills and Experience:
- Commercial Experience (Advantage)
- Worked in Sales previously.
- Committed
- Advanced Administrative Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous experience working within the Construction Industry are preferred but not essential
- Precise with good attention to detail
- Quick learner with a can do attitude
- Positive
- Highly motivated and organised
- Self-motivated
- You will join a friendly, progressive team and report directly into the Group Financial Director.
HOURS:
- Hours – 8 Hours
- PAY – £30,000 – £40,000
