A market-leader within the Horticulture Industry is seeking an innovative and digital Assistant Brand Manager to support product marketing strategies across the team. You will also implement and manage the PR & Marketing strategy of a particular product range.
Your new role
Working closely with the Brand Manager you will champion the product portfolio and support other product categories across the marketing team, helping to implement marketing plans to ensure objectives are achieved and budgets are met. You will be responsible for pricing, position and promotion within the brand portfolio, coordinating brand communications, which includes PR, digital and consumer & trade websites. Analysis of consumer behaviour and competitor activity will be key in ensuring you maximise future growth opportunities and adjust campaigns to ensure optimum position of products. Working with the Marketing Support team you will also ensure all digital platforms are up-to-date and complementing the consumer journey.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within the FMCG or horticulture industry is desirable.
An excellent understanding of cradle to grave product management as well as strong digital marketing skills.
You will be IT literate in the MS Office Suite, including use of Excel to analyse and interpret data.
You will be passionate and a confident communicator.

Salary C. £25,000 - 35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Holiday 23 days + 8 bank holidays
