Brand Manager needed ASAP - Huntingdon - Permanent - Horticultural Industry - £40-50k Annual Salary (DOE)

A market-leader within the Consumer Goods/Horticulture Industry is seeking a confident, innovative and driven Brand Manager to drive future growth and ensure all activities align within their well-known brand.
Your new role
You will be responsible for creating a brand plan and strategy, ensuring all product marketing activities align across multiple channels and consistently demonstrate the ethos and goals of the brand. You will manage the creation of marketing collateral to support product launches and overall brand strategy.
Acting as an internal brand champion, you will also create a brand message that increases sales and brand loyalty. Maintaining key relationships with multiple stakeholders, you will be key in buying, sourcing and manufacturing the brand's products.
This position will involve management of external agencies & budgets, as well as presentations of brand strategy to Senior Team Members.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this position, you will need previous experience within Brand/Product Marketing with knowledge of the full marketing mix.
Previous experience within the consumer goods or horticulture industry is preferred.
An understanding of budgets and P&L is essential and you must be able to work across multiple teams.
You will be a creative thinker, able to respond to consumer research and work on multi-projects simultaneously.

Salary £40,000-50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
