A global company is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to inspire and connect employees across the group.
Your new role
You will be designing and implementing the annual communications plan, business-as-usual internal comms and also providing support to key stakeholders for projects and campaigns. You will take a lead on the intranet and create engaging content across a variety of mediums, maintaining consistent messaging and ensuring all content is within brand guidelines. It is also your responsibility to organise employee events and to manage multiple senior stakeholders. Constant innovation and new ways of communicating and creating content are key to creating an exceptional experience
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within Internal Communications is necessary, with a working knowledge of SharePoint & CMS.
You will be confident creating basic content with Adobe Suite and using multiple social media platforms.
It is essential that you have previous exposure to managing senior stakeholders and are communicating at all levels.
