Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing marketing and technology firm operating within the online gambling sector. They are looking for a confident, hard-working, and dedicated Affiliate Executive to be part of a dynamic and expanding team within this fast-paced and rapidly growing start-up company.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to understand their needs and business priorities
  • Providing excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates
  • Manage business negotiations with affiliates
  • Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities using our internal affiliate software system
  • Create interesting affiliate marketing strategies and implement affiliate marketing activity to increase revenue targets
  • Actively be aware of any process improvements with affiliates, their players, or the affiliate system to increase revenue targets. i.e Develop business strategies to improve the affiliate program
  • Setting marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth
  • Maintaining open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues
  • Working directly with company partners in managing their affiliates - actively increasing affiliate and revenue growth on their independent affiliate systems
  • Staying current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities
  • Communicating with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimisation opportunities


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you MUST have all of the following requirements:

  • A high level of communication and client relationship skills
  • Experienced and proficient in brand management, including the ability to optimise large affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Good standard of academic achievement (A-Level or Degree)
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships, both externally and internally
  • Must be self-motivated, organised, and have strong time management skills
  • Good reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
