Social Media Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Coordinator to Join an Ambitious, creative and driven client of ours based in Liverpool. You will be responsible for supporting a successful Marketing team with the delivery of scheduling of content across all Social Media Channels along with various Digital marketing activities.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate experience in Digital marketing, you’ll understand marketing and promotional techniques. It’s imperative you have a good knowledge and principles of using social media platforms, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.

  • Develops and executes digital marketing activities.
  • Taking ownership of all social media accounts.
  • Produce engaging content for all social media channels, websites, and campaigns, working closely with the Videographers on Video content.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, and algorithm changes and research new engagement opportunities.
  • Responsible for producing optimal posting schedule in line with the campaign calendar.
  • Act as a point of contact for all queries to help support and manage customer relationships.
  • Maximizes Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and executes organic strategies in digital and social media efforts. (experience on this isn’t essential)
  • Review and edit digital content, including website, social media and e-mail campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency in postings in line with the Branding framework.
  • Monitors activity and serves as the brand co-ordinator on the Company’s digital media platforms including user engagement, event coverage and thought leadership.
  • Supporting the marketing team on Brand Awareness.
  • Daily ad hoc marketing administration for the wider team.
  • collaborating with the wider Marketing and sales team with promotional campaigns and events and ongoing Digital projects.
  • Supporting with marketing events and exhibitions.

Skills Required:

  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Highly proficient in using Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion for content creation and social media
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Experience of short-form video editing on apps such as CapCut is preferred.
