This is an excellent development opportunity for a candidate with 2 - 4 years commercial writing experience to take ownership of the Bid Writing for a growing business in Bridgend with a clear line of progression over the following five years.
Your new role
You will prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, developing the strategy of a winning technical solution. Working closely with the sales and technical teams across the organisation you will research and coordinate the bids process, managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award by contributing to the written proposal, both in terms of content and presentation. This role is vitally important to the business and you will support on business growth and overall success.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to degree level with an excellent degree of commercial awareness. You will have 2+ years experience in a business writing role, whether this be in bids, proposals, communications or sales literature etc.
