Business Development Manager Real Estate, Employment and Tax

Business Development Manager Real Estate, Employment and Tax.  A newly created role in a global market leading law firm that is a leader in commercial property.  This role will involve everything across the BD and Marketing spectrum from business planning and client development to winning work in addition to raising the profile of the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of planning and development of business development plans, budget proposals and campaign plans for the EMEA region.
  • Oversee BD activity to ensure regional objectives are met. This includes client development, profile raising, marketing and communications, pitching and event management.
  • Producing bespoke bids, panel pitches and other client presentations
  • Manage client development plans and activities

Applicants should have a strong background in Marketing and Business Development in a legal/professional services/partnership environment.  This is as well as excellent communication skills, rigorous attention to detail and the ability to adapt communication style as needed.  You should be confident, persuasive and assertive too.

The successful candidate will have the skillset to quickly add value through the implementation of commercial, best practice processes. The role will require someone who has understanding of change management, process improvement in addition to influencing multiple stakeholders.
