Award-winning creative advertising agency seeks hungry, entrepreneurial and inspiring copywriter and art director duo with infectious energy, a can-do attitude and at least two years’ agency experience.

Based in brand new Central London offices, this 40-strong full-service creative agency has just performed brilliantly in Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2021.

An award-winning shop with a challenger mentality, it has a foot in almost every sector, creating advertising, digital and collaborative experiences for a diverse range of global clients.

Now the agency is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and inspiring senior copywriter and art director duo with a proven pedigree for leading and creating great work.

The Junior - Midweight Creative Team

This is a rare opportunity for a junior-to-midweight creative team with infectious energy and a can-do, collaborative attitude to work on big campaign ideas, TVCs and social / digital content.

You may not have a book full of brilliant creative just yet, but you certainly have an eye for it. You also have the confidence and conviction to present ideas to people across the agency and sometimes even clients.

A solid understanding of strategy and production and involvement pitches and shoots are also essential.

The team will be working across a range of projects and sectors, a chunk of which are sports related, therefore specific experience in sports brands, clubs or partnerships is a bonus. Other work will include FMCG, entertainment, beauty, charity and automotive.

  • Has 2+ years’ experience in a creative agency environment – although the quality of your ideas is more important than time served
  • Is bursting with ambition, entrepreneurialism and inspiration
  • Has a desire to shift the dial and create challenging, progressive work
  • Obsesses over delivering visual excellence
  • Has a talent for dreaming up and delivering big ideas from a creative brief
  • Has an active interest in artistic, social and cultural trends
  • Has experience working with directors, illustrators and animators, attending shoots and delivering on post-production
  • Presents work clearly, confidently and compellingly


To £40k depending on experience, plus good hard and soft benefits.
