An exciting opportunity to work with a global manufacturing organisation who are leaders in their field. Based in Caerphilly this organisation is looking for someone to come in and assist with their internal communication channels, covering a period of maternity leave.
Your new role
Working within a busy team the Internal Communications Business Partner role will include supporting the internal communications strategy with an audience of circa 4000 staff. You will be looking after the newsletter, which will involve crafting messages and writing stories that align with the organisations values whilst advancing their strategic objectives. Providing strategic communications and supporting communication campaigns surrounding health and safety and the company awards which will be held virtually this autumn.
What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for a candidate to fill Internal Communications Business Partner with at least 3 years of marketing/communications experience. You will ideally live within a commutable distance of the Caerphilly site, although role does include home working opportunities and only occasional travel to the organisations site would be required.
What you'll get in return
You will receive £150 - £200 a day. This post is for an immediate start and is due to run until November 2021.
