A vibrant and growing financial services organisation is looking for a new Communications Manager to join their team.
Your new role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for creating and implementing a marketing communications strategy that will position the organisation ahead of the competition. There will be a focus on increasing the organisations digital presence whilst generating leads. The Communications Manager role will see you leading a small team in order to manage a budget and plan the marketing calendar.
What you'll need to succeed
A Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a relevant field of industry would be preferred but not essential. You will need a minimum of 3 years experience within a Marketing Communications role. You will need to be confident working within a fast-paced environment and will need strong organisational skills and knowledge of digital marketing.
What you'll get in return
The salary will fall between £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience with a car allowance added after 1 year of service. You will have the opportunity to progress and develop your skills as employee engagement and progression are at the core of the organisations values.
