We are looking for someone who is either a thought leader in PPC Marketing or wants to become one. Someone who loves to geek out on their chosen specialism and push the boundaries of what’s possible. If you have a minimum of 2 years experience and looking for a PPC role with a generous profit share and a structured path to Directorship with share options we're the place to be.

Along the way we’re likely to become the biggest PPC agency in Bristol (we’re probably already the best!) and it would be great to get someone in early who can make an impact and become a key senior member of the team to share in our success as we grow.
Where you come in.
We create and manage advertising campaigns across the internet on all devices, websites and apps including Google, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Our approach is unique in that we scientifically prove the results we bring our clients – backed up by a professor of stats and our own software that we build in-house for clients.
What we’re looking for:
+ A PPC Manager to direct, manage and deliver our advertising services.
+ At least 2 years’ experience working in PPC roles.
+ Experience in delivering successful campaigns across Google and Bing, and other social media channels.
+ Detailed understanding and experience of relevant supporting technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords etc.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Solid reporting skills in relation to campaign data.
+ Proven ability to stay up to date with the latest developments and identify new opportunities and innovations to develop our offering.
+ Analytical & strategic mind
+ Previous agency experience
+ Someone with a desire to excel in online advertising

+ Salary of between £30,000 – £42,000, dependant on experience
