One of the leading financial services companies within its specialist sector, this company is experiencing continued growth and is now looking to expand and grow its team. With offices based all over the UK, this is a well established company who are continuously looking to expand into new areas of commerce.

Your new Role

  • Assist with the management of lead generation and affiliate marketing relationships.
  • Monitor and act on changes in the lead generation marketplace and ensure the business is kept updated on any findings.
  • Optimise the existing paid digital media strategy across multiple platforms. Explore other opportunities within the paid media landscape.
  • Pro-actively introduce measures to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with agency partners across website and paid media.
  • Regular monitoring of key web metrics and onsite behaviour through tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.


  • Assist with the development & delivery of customer acquisition, retention and paid up campaigns.
  • Manage the onboarding of new affiliates that can positively impact customer volume.
  • Through effective use of MI and analysis, measure Marketing performance, its impact on business conversion and core AOP KPI's. Communicate clearly performance vs target.
  • Provide recommendations to develop paid media as a successful acquisition channel, especially for the long-term loans offering.
  • Support the Communication Delivery Manager to effectively deliver the CRM plan with key focus on retaining existing customers.
  • Help with delivering the business change required to acquire new customers and retain them.
  • Ensure all financial promotions meet regulatory requirements and follow the company's approval process.
  • Stay current on all regulatory training requirements.


    • Minimum 1+ years marketing experience focused on driving online customer acquisition, ideally in financial services.
    • Data and results driven with intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.
    • Digital marketing experience across one or more of the following: Paid search, Display and Paid for Social
    • Excellent digital marketing execution skills.
    • Marketing campaign planning and execution.
    • A strong ability to interrogate analysis and MI reports.
