With a large, modern head office just outside of Manchester city centre, the business is renowned for working environment and culture. Due to business growth, there is a newly created vacancy for a Communications Manager to join the business, supporting the Senior Corporate Comms Manager.
Your new role
As Communications Manager, you will be responsible for a range of comms and PR with a particular emphasis on public affairs and wider corporate communications. You will identify opportunities and implement initiatives which have the potential to enhance reputation, assist in the management and delivery of public affairs activities (including local and national govt engagement), assist in comms activities relating to CSR and community engagement, all whilst working with a broad variety of stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background within communications, public affairs or PR, with solid experience gained within a corporate/commercial environment. You'll have excellent communication skills, including written and presentation skills.
