Senior Digital & Communications Executive, Leading Law Firm, 40k

Your new company
Your new company is a leading law firm who provide legal advice to UK and international clients including businesses, individuals, families, and entrepreneurs. They are looking for a digital expert to join their marketing team, in order to evolve their digital marketing strategy and generate new business.

Your new role
As the Senior Digital and Communications Executive, you will be directly responsible for:

  • Leading on continual website & digital development projects (with our external agency)
  • Leading on SEO and PPC strategy and execution (with our external agency)
  • Managing and implementing a content marketing calendar (including copywriting) to ensure regular content (including PR) is delivered and maximised across all channels and across a variety of media
  • Analysis of data to identify strong engagement
  • Overseeing all aspects of the email campaigns, from copywriting to analysing performance and identifying topic and best-practice trends
  • Regular analysis and optimisation of digital performance using Google Analytics, Hotjar and Vuture to ensure effectiveness as engagement and lead generation tools
  • Supporting the replacement of the firm's intranet - internal refresh
  • Identifying new opportunities to generate leads, improve user experience, create engaging and interesting profile opportunities, and maximise the firm's brand recognition online
  • Implementing and managing campaign activity from brief to execution, across all media
  • Producing marketing collateral (infographics, web content, brochures, podcasts, videos etc.

What you will need to succeed
To be successful in your role as the Senior Digital and Communications Executive you must have:

  • Experience in SEO and PPC strategy
  • Strong data analysis, interpretation and reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of all key social platforms and their advertising modules; Hootsuite; Google Analytics; Google Ads; and Wordpress. Knowledge of Hotjar and Vuture would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience designing and implementing campaigns
  • A self-starter, able to work autonomously but also collaborate as part of a small team
  • A "can-do" attitude, pro-active and idea driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, with very good organisational skills to prioritise and multitask
  • Enthusiasm and confidence to present new ideas and initiatives, and to lead on projects
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an easily understood way to a variety of internal stakeholders (of varying seniority)
  • Design skills would be advantageous but not essential
