Marketing Officers | South Yorkshire & North Nottinghamshire | Education

Join an education group with physical locations across South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire within a Marketing function that is dedicated to promoting the services of the individual brands, driving student recruitment and/or employer engagement.

What you will be doing
There are three roles available focussing on either supporting a specific education site or solely focussing on employer engagement, so the roles vary across B2B and B2C. In the roles you will be reporting into an experienced Manager who is passionate about developing and supporting team members to achieve their best. The daily focus of the role will be around content creation to promote your brand, this could vary from working on the production of course guides, organising and attending photo / video shoots, the production of podcasts, TV adverts, case study development the list the goes on. You will interact with a wide variety of people from academics, students, external agencies, the wider marketing department (digital / graphic design) and employers. You will also be working on the organisation of a range of events currently digital, though face to face events will return in the future.

What they are looking for

  • You should hold some form of relevant qualification either a degree or a CIM qualification and you should possess some practical experience in marketing either through a placement year or post-graduation experience.
  • You must be able to travel to attend meetings and events across the areas in which they operate, so a full driving licence is required.

The salary is £23,200 and there is a strong benefits package offering excellent holiday entitlement. The group has its own Occupational Heath team which you will have access to, and they support their employees with a range of health and wellbeing benefits. The standard hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on a Friday.
