This leading integrated communications group is looking for an organised Account Director to work on two key client accounts including a world leader in sustainability.

B2B account experience is essential while any previous work with big brands, especially an oil or gas company, would be an advantage.

Starting ASAP, this role is 100% remote and initially for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave but there is potential to go permanent in 12 months’ time if it suits both sides.

The agency

One of the first full-service creative agencies to operate outside of London, they serve a wide range of national and international businesses. 

The agency offers integrated communication including advertising, digital, 3D spaces, media, direct response, training and PR.

The Account Director role

You will report into a Business Director but as Account Director you will hold the reigns for one large agency account (90% of your time), alongside a smaller one (10%).

Although you will have a team to support you, this role will be very ‘hands on’ and you will need to be adept at managing the delivery of a multitude of live projects on brief, on time and to a very high standard.

Clients view the agency as a true partner and a valuable member of their marketing team. You will work with a multitude of stakeholders so experience in that area would put you in a good place.

You will work on some renowned national brands with varied deliverables including global toolkits (and local market adaptations), assets, collateral, dealer-to-dealer comms, digital displays, etc.

You’ll help to develop and implement excellent creative solutions and manage a team of SAM, AM and AE.


You are an experienced agency-side account handler with a passion for great creative and solid team management experience. A track record in managing B2B campaigns is also required.

The two key accounts you will work on are B2B.

Salary and benefits

On top of a basic salary of c£50k you will receive 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays, the agency’s Christmas shutdown and a whole lot more!
