Senior Bids Executive
This position supports the cross-practice, and multi-jurisdictional pitch activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical support on the pitch and proposal process; responsible for the transactional bids from initiation to implementation, contributing to overall business generation.
Within this specialist role, you will project manage the bid process, create and produce content for proposal documentation and capability submissions. You will act as the central person for UK pitches, project managing the pitch process and assist with the global bids. The roles involves strategic input to improve the bidding process and manage projects to drive best practice. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver bespoke pitch training and strategic pitch advice.
As the Pitch Executive, you will be required to have bids experience in a professional services environment. You will need to be able to liaise confidently with internal stakeholders, advising and guiding them through the bids and pitch process. You must also possess strong writing, proofreading and editing skills.
The successful candidate will be proactive self-starter who is motivated to contribute on a strategic and operational level.
