This highly successful management consultancy is looking for a Employer Brand Specialist.
You will be responsible for the following:-
- Employer brand content
- Act as the key point of liaison to work with the recruitment, employer brand team, and external agencies to create and run a multi-channelled, integrated marketing plan that differentiates the brand and support the growth plans for graduate recruitment
- Plan out a campaign from awareness through to conversion
- Manage the creation of a set of marketing assets
- Work with external agencies to manage key channels
- Social media - across all key channels
- Digital marketing -Use the latest digital tools to build awareness and attract potential candidates
- Report on and measure how campaigns perform
You will ideally have experience of the following:-
- Running multi-channel campaigns
- Knowledge and experience of digital marketing tools
- Creative thinker
- Brand management and marketing experience within a Professional Services firm
