Digital Marketing Analyst

My client is a leading business services organisation with worldwide operations in over 50 countries and a workforce of over 30,000 employees internationally. Despite their size, UK operations are a vibrant, family-feel team with a sizeable marketing department working closely together. The role will be based largely remotely with occasional/monthly travel to offices & work spaces in Surrey (when the pandemic permits).
Your new role
As a Digital Marketing Analyst you will deliver actionable insights using innovative analytical tools and your digital analytics expertise. Your role will be responsible for identifying, validating and communicating actionable insights to improve the performance of digital marketing channels across multiple geographies and markets.
In addition, you will work with other colleagues in the Digital Search Marketing Team to demonstrate the business case for feasibility pilots in the business across SEO, PPC and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
As part of constant digital innovation, the Data Team are responsible for ongoing improvements to data maturity and have ambition to continue to not only provide expert insights & recommendations for future digital marketing success, but to create automated global data programmes for better understanding and use of digital marketing data.
What you'll need to succeed
My client are hiring for potential and welcome applications from aspiring Marketing Data Analysts. You must have a good foundation and understanding of both Analytics and Digital Marketing (SEM, Social, Web etc.) and demonstrate a passion for digging into data to create actionable insights. You must be a confident user of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables etc.) and have experience with other digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush etc.) You will be confident in analysing digital marketing data and communicating to less-technical teams, with an ability to generate user-friendly reporting dashboards and templates that are both insightful and actionable.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £30000 + benefits package including above statutory holiday allowance. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly from home, with travel to the Surrey offices as/when required (or requested by you).
