Digital Marketing Officer – Demand Generation – Leading Bid Consultancy with Major Digital Growth Plan
Newark Base / Remote Split
£30,000 – £40,000 Base Salary
Plus £10,000 Uncapped Performance Bonus Plus Pension Scheme
Goal: Develop & execute digital marketing strategy to drive more inbound leads

The Digital Marketing Officer Opportunity:

Your role will involve you working with the Senior Directors to support our digital growth strategy. As our marketing & demand generation specialist you will facilitate our growth plan through the creation and implementation of commercial strategies in line with overall business ambitions/goals. You will also keep abreast with key trends & market conditions to provide strategic advice to directors.
You will be used to making decisions independently using initiative to solve problems and extremely capable of communicating to key stakeholders at any level.
+ Social Network consumer profiling (LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter)
+ Paid Search / PPC management – inc. Google Ads, Display, LinkedIn
+ Consumer journeys through automated marketing
+ Data analysis, data segmentation & dynamic data manipulation
+ Marketing campaign strategy building
+ Articulation of key market trends and implementing full exploitation plans
+ Good experience of user experience profiling to comply with Google Algorithms
+ Understand the importance of great UI
In addition, the following key skills will be required:
+ Creating & implementing marketing campaign strategies and plans with targeted outcomes
+ Ownership & management of the inbound sales lead target
+ Upskilling your knowledge by undertaking Google Certification and Google Academy Days
+ Providing digital training to existing members of staff. Both product and sales training, including PPC objection handling
+ Minimum 4 year’s marketing experience
+ Solid knowledge of management reporting & budgeting processes
+ Excellent leadership skills, with a strong commercial awareness
+ Effective time & workload management through extensive CRM knowledge
+ Can develop a Content Marketing strategy (we have a content producer)
+ Knowledge of / willing to learn marketing automation tools like Hubspot
+ Google Ads Fundamentals
+ Google Analytics Certified
+ Google Mobile First Certified
+ Related academic achievement / Chartered Institute of Marketing
